This policy covers the public marketing site at xerixos.com and describes how Xerixos, LLC treats information related to the Xerixos Network Monitor platform.

The monitor application is hosted separately at monitor.xerixos.com. Account-specific privacy practices for logged-in users may also be described in the platform terms and in-app notices.
1. Marketing website information
We may collect information you voluntarily submit through forms on this website, including name, email, phone, organization, and message content. We may also collect limited technical data such as browser type, device information, IP metadata, and diagnostic logs to operate and secure the site.
2. Monitor platform account data
When you create an account on Xerixos Network Monitor, we process account credentials, organization details, billing information for paid plans (processed through our payment provider), support correspondence, and configuration you enter for sites, devices, alerts, and users under your tenant.
3. Agent and monitoring telemetry
The Windows agent sends operational data to the cloud dashboard, such as site heartbeat status, check results, latency measurements, host and interface metadata, SNMP-derived device information where enabled, discovery scan results, and agent version information. This data is used to provide monitoring, alerting, and fleet visibility—not to access end-user content on your networks.
4. How we use information
We use collected information to provide and improve the service, authenticate users, deliver alerts, enforce plan limits, respond to support requests, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and communicate about the platform where permitted.
5. Sharing and subprocessors
We do not sell personal information in the ordinary course of business. We may share information with infrastructure, hosting, email, payment, and support vendors that help us operate the website and platform, or when required by law or to protect rights and security.
